The Box Office Lounge
CCG Contractors were proud to deliver the complete fit-out of The Box Office Lounge, the premium front-of-house bar and hospitality space within Arena Torquay’s exciting new entertainment venue.
Designed to create a memorable first impression, the project transformed the space into a warm and welcoming environment, combining practical commercial construction with high-end finishes throughout. The fit-out included a bespoke bar installation, custom seating, feature wall finishes, statement ceiling details, and carefully integrated lighting to create a space full of character.
From the architectural mirror features and rich interior finishes to the standout bar area and front-of-house detailing, every element was completed with a strong focus on craftsmanship and quality.

Bettesworth’s Property Agents
CCG Contractors completed the transformation of Bettesworth’s new St Marychurch office, converting the former TSB bank into a modern, welcoming space.
The refurbishment was designed to give the building a completely new lease of life, creating a space that feels both professional and reflective of the Bettesworth brand. Works included a full internal refresh, upgraded lighting, bespoke feature details, branded finishes, new flooring, and external improvements to modernise the property inside and out.
The end result is a bright, contemporary office environment that makes the most of a well-known local building while delivering a practical and stylish space for both staff and visitors.

Below Decks
CCG Contractors delivered the complete interior refurbishment of Below Decks Restaurant in Torquay, transforming the space into a vibrant and welcoming hospitality venue.
This full refurbishment saw the interior completely reimagined, taking the space from a stripped-back shell to a fully finished restaurant environment designed with both style and functionality in mind. Works included a bespoke bar installation, custom booth seating, feature tiled partitions, timber slatted ceiling detailing, new flooring, lighting installation, and high-quality finishes throughout.
The result is a bold and contemporary restaurant space full of character, creating a comfortable and engaging environment for guests while delivering the practical durability required for a busy hospitality setting.

English Riviera Centre
CCG Contractors completed the construction of a new purpose-built bin store for the English Riviera Centre, delivering a practical and durable solution designed to complement the surrounding site.
The project involved the full construction of the timber-framed structure, creating a secure and functional enclosure while maintaining a clean and considered finish in keeping with the wider environment. To enhance the final result, the build was completed with a sedum green roof, providing a more sustainable finish while helping the structure blend naturally into its surroundings.

Arena Live Music Venue
CCG Contractors delivered the comprehensive fit-out of Arena Torquay, transforming the venue into a modern live entertainment and events space.

EE Shop Front Façade Renovation
